How long does a full charge last?
1.5-2.5 hours (depending on the mode).

What pressure is the best to use?

We recommend starting low and going up from there (there are 12 levels). It can be quite an intense sensation at first, so go slowly.

Will I get bruising?

The length of your session along with your skin type, muscle density and blood perfusion, will all impact whether or not you bruise. For periods longer than 5 minutes you will get some form of bruising, that will naturally dissipate and is not a sign of damage. Bruising during cupping is extremely common and is a sign of good blood flow.

How long should I use it?

This depends on the area of the body and the pressure level you set. Your lower body tends to need high pressure levels than your upper body. There is a 20min safety timer built in, so it will automatically turn off after 20 mins.
