How long does shipping take?
Currently, we are operating pre-order only. Once order slots are full then 2-10 days depending on what country you're in. We aim to process and ship orders within 36 hours.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over €199. Shipping for all orders less than this is €19.99.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order via email tracking number link, on our website via the portal or by contacting us.
What shipping providers do you use?
We work with a range of providers to offer you the fastest and safest delivery method possible depending on your country. Some include - An post, DPD, DHL, Fed Ex, Fastway couriers, Australia post, Startrack, NZ post, Posthaste and more.
Return / Exchange
Do you offer returns / exchanges?
Yes, if you're not 100% happy with your order for whatever reason, return your product within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please see our return/exchange policy for more info.
How are refunds credited?
Refunds are credited onto the original payment method used. This excludes the price of shipping the product back to our HQ.
I got the wrong size boots can I exchange?
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer exchanges for recovery boots that have been opened and used. If the boots have not been used then please contact us to arrange.
What if my order arrives incorrect/damaged?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order number and description of the incorrect or damaged order.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us. We are happy to attempt to reroute your order, but please note that all cancellation requests are subject to reroute availability by our carriers and we might not be able to do so. In this case, you will receive your order and we will need you to return it to us. A refund would then be issued.
