Does cupping hurt?

No, it is a weird sensation at first but you quickly adjust. You are able to adjust the intensity and heating power. Always start on the lower setting and increase accordingly. Everyone's different.

Should I use several devices at the same time?

To maximise your session's benefits, we suggest applying several of our devices for simultaneous function, saving time and enhancing the effectiveness of the session. However, it does depend on the area; your spinal erectors for example, are a great area for multiple devices while your calf muscle may only be able to take one device depending on size.

Will it damage my skin?

Starting at a low level is most optimal for first time users and does not hurt or cause permanent skin damage. However, with extended use, you may notice the classic red circle bruises on your skin, this is temporary and indicates the effectiveness of our devices. These marks will gradually disappear within a few days and they are nothing to worry about! Just be sure to properly sanitise before each session and avoid using on broken skin (cuts, open wounds, etc).
